The Monroe City School Board shall make all reports required by the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE) and/or state law relative to the financial operation of the school district.  It shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent and financial staff to prepare all financial reports and statements completely and accurately  and that said reports and statements be submitted to designated officials on or before specified due dates.


The Superintendent or his/her designee shall provide the School Board with monthly financial reports and quarterly budget revisions.  Said reports shall reflect compilation of all school financial reports plus system-wide budgetary data as prepared by the Superintendent or his/her designee, as well as any other financial information requested.
