17:1179      Termination of leave

  Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of R.S. 17:1177 and 17:1178 may have his leave terminated by the superintendent at any time, except where noncompliance is due to conditions which would have constituted sufficient grounds for failing to perform his duties had he been in active service.
