17:1997.2      Nonresident student tuition and other fees

  All state post-secondary vocational-technical schools shall charge and collect from any nonresident student enrolling in a course of study a non-refundable registration fee and tuition fees fixed by the board. Such registration and tuition fees fixed by the board may exceed fees for residents.
