CHAPTER 15. EDUCATIONAL COOPERATIVE LAW

17:2802      Purpose for organization of cooperatives

  Cooperative, nonprofit membership corporations may be organized under this Chapter for the purpose of conducting private elementary or secondary schools or educational facilities.
